Does anyone know what discounts schools (Virginia Tech) gives on various cell phone plans?

I need to sign up for a better cell phone plan and I just got into Virginia tech, and ATT said I get 15% off the base rate, and Tmobile didn’t have anything on it. I was just wondering where I would go about finding the discouts offered by other phone companies.

    I’m not sure about schools really giving discounted cell plans but i would recommend checking out http://www.letstalk.com they offer a wide variety of both cheap/ free phones in addition to several cheap cell phone plans from almost all carriers. I’ve used this website for years and it’s worth it.
